Dear Friends & Guests,
I’m saying “So Long” as your innkeeper this month after being open since March 1999.
“Thank you” for a wonderful experience. I have enjoyed The Lost Dog B&B more than anything else in my life, except being Mom and Nana to my family.
We’ve had laughter rolling around the house and out the doors almost every weekend. We’ve had good music, and good food. We’ve had manicures and massages. We have been an oasis for our business and international travelers. And we have celebrated every part of life; engagements, weddings, baptisms graduations and even funerals with our guests. And through the years, I can honestly say I have been lucky enough to make a lot of friends, who I hope to see again here in Berryville in the future. I’ll be living in the area, so on your next visit, you might see me walking Sirius along Main Street in town, or volunteering at one of the events at the Barns of Rose Hill in the park.
From my adventure in the hospitality biz, I encourage you to investigate inn keeping further if you have ever dreamed of owning a B&B. It has been a very rich life for me and can be for you, too.
See you on Main Street,
Sandy and Sirius
